I love hip openers! They feel wonderful after sitting at work or after too much activity. This beginner level 17-minute sequence will begin to prepare your body for deeper hip openers and sitting on the floor comfortably for meditation. Not recommended if you have an artificial hip or sciatica or any lower back issues.
