Michael Plasha, E-RYT 500, RPYT and YACEP has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 45 years. These are registry marks by Yoga Alliance for levels of yoga teaching standards. E-RYT 500 is their highest level including 500 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching.  RPYT means registered prenatal yoga teacher and YACEP is Yoga Alliance continuing education provider.
