Morning Yoga Jumpstart Routine – Guided by Michael Plasha


Michael Plasha, E-RYT 500, RPYT and YACEP has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 45 years. These are registry marks by Yoga Alliance for levels of yoga teaching standards. E-RYT 500 is their highest level including 500 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching.  RPYT means registered prenatal yoga teacher and YACEP is Yoga Alliance continuing education provider. This 30-minute beginner level sequence will center and energize you for the day to do the work of your life with a calm and focused mind! If you have contraindications for shoulder stand, please practice legs up the wall. Enjoy!
