I offer several short forms listed in my store, but if you have about 50 minutes, consider this full class. It has lots of postures, a breathing practice and a long Yoga Nidra or deep relaxation. I have included ideas and inspirations from Raja Yoga or Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, so you can live your yoga off the mat.
