Energizing Yoga Routine 2 – Guided by Michael Plasha


Michael Plasha, E-RYT 500, RPYT and YACEP has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 45 years. These are registry marks by Yoga Alliance for levels of yoga teaching standards. E-RYT 500 is their highest level including 500 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching.  RPYT means registered prenatal yoga teacher and YACEP is Yoga Alliance continuing education provider. Welcome to this 23-minute beginner level sequence to prepare you for the day or sustain you throughout the day.  The audio cues allow you to go deeper within than watching a video which can strain the neck in shoulder stand or fish pose! It will free your energy along the spine while grounding and balancing you. You may even feel more confident to face the challenges of your life! If you have contraindications for shoulder stand, please do legs up the wall pose.

Not all yoga is suitable for everyone. To reduce strain or risk of injury, consult your doctor before beginning this program or any exercise.
