Transformational Breathing for Life:
Beginner to Advanced Pranayama Training

Dates: November 7 and 8: 10 am to 3 pm

You can attend with Zoom or in the studio. Please being a lunch or snacks if you come to studio! Please let me know if you intend to come to studio due to limited space.
This is a 10 hour training. This training has been approved by the NASW-PA and Yoga Alliance. Licensed social workers, therapists, massage therapists and registered yoga teachers can apply for 10 CEU’s after completion of the program.
Tuition:
A $50 non-refundable deposit applied to your total tuition amount is recommended by November 1 to hold your space. A $250 non-refundable payment is due by November 6, if there are still spots available. You can pay with Venmo, Pay Pal below or check. If you prefer Zoom, an ID number and password will be sent to your e mail address once you have paid.
Yoga practitioners discovered over a thousand years ago, that the breath is the link between mind and body. Anxiety creates a held breath; depression causes a slow and labored breath and a common form of dysfunctional breathing is reverse breathing causing a higher level of stress. Pranayama or breathing practices is the knowledge of how to use the breath to reverse these and other conditions and enjoy optimum wellness.
Learn how to promote wholeness through functional breathing and awareness exercises. Learn to balance, calm and energize yourself and your clients. This program can be a support strategy for reducing stress, tension, headaches, respiratory conditions; and managing anxiety, addiction, depression, and psychosomatic illness. Breathing well can improve our self-esteem, increase our vitality and deepen our exercise, yoga and meditation practices. The best way to learn is to teach and this training will include opportunities to teach. You will be supported by a like-minded community!
