Before you begin the practice of yoga, clarify your intention. Why do I want to do this? Are you drawn to yoga to improve your health, to reduce stress, to improve your flexibility, to become more fit or to flex your psychological and spiritual muscles? Or, if you're like me you want it all. Your main intention will determine how your practice will evolve. My intention is to help you develop a practice that meets your specific needs.
