Class Schedule, Description, and Fees

In my classes, you will experience a meditative approach to the postures within the context of Ayurvedic and Mindfulness principles. You will be supported in accepting your body the way it is yet be encouraged to challenge your perceived limitations so you can experience yourself perhaps in a new, exciting and more fulfilling way.

If you’re looking to attend our special events (Yoga and Wine, Yoga for Back Pain, Kids Yoga and other topics), you can find our schedule and descriptions here.

If you’re looking to train at the Plasha Yoga School, you can find our courses here.

If you prefer private lessons in Yoga, Meditation, Prenatal Yoga and Ayurveda, please go to the Private Lessons page for details.

The goal of traditional yoga is to become liberated from the mind-body concept or ego and experience the true Self – free of fear and anxiety.  We look forward to supporting you on this journey.

Summer Schedule and Fees

All regular classes at Plasha Yoga are course classes instead of open classes so you are with students at your level which is much safer. Our sessions also allow us to develop themes to deepen your experience of the full spectrum of Yoga practices. Unless where noted, Michael Rhadeya Plasha, E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP will be teaching all the classes. All teachers are at the 500 hour level or more.

All classes awaken the essence of who you are: peace, love, and joy!

“Michael really speaks to me and everyone in the class feels the same; he is able to connect with all of us on a personal level exactly where we are in our lives. He has a real gift of healing.” – Jacki Ollinger RYT500, Erie, PA.

Classes are at Village West, 3330 West 26th St less than a mile west of Peninsula Drive. You will enjoy a larger air-conditioned studio space with ample free parking in quiet and safe surroundings near Wild Birds Unlimited. It is the quietest studio I have had in 20 years!

Gentle Beginners, Restorative and Mindfulness Yoga

The yoga of non-doing, restorative yoga, focuses on effortlessness and ease. When the body is fully supported with bolsters and blankets, it releases deeply held tensions. It is for any student who is not pregnant and without serious back conditions like spondylolistheses, spondylolysis or diagnosed disc disease. It can be excellent for students recovering from injuries and managing chronic diseases.
